Smartsign Share was developed when our customers need to communicate with employees at home increased. The sharing feature helps you share physical Smartsign screens with colleagues so they can view the content no matter where they are.
With the additional function Smartsign Share, you share physical screens via web links. These links can be easily integrated into intranets, Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.

When teleworking increased, our customers needed ways to communicate outside the office, so we developed Smartsign Share. Using the sharing function, you can easily share selected screens with your coworkers. All they need is a device with a web browser, like a smartphone, tablet or computer.

Display on any device
Shared screens can be displayed on any device, like a computer, smartphone or tablet. All you need is a web browser.
Navigate your content
It’s easy for your coworkers to access the shared screens and navigate the content.
Admin controlled sharing
You need admin access to activate screen sharing.
Password protection
Everybody with access to the link can display the screen, but you can add password protection if you want.
Deactivate screen sharing
Set an end date for the screen sharing, or remove the link manually.

The linked screens show the same content as the physical devices, which also means that the communicator doesn’t need to make any duplicated publishing.
Smartsign Share + intranet = true
Smartsign Share is easy to integrate in your intranet in the same way as you link other important websites and iframed webpages. Thanks to the license you can generate a web link from the screen that you easily share directly in the intranet.
What content is displayed on the screen?
Everything that’s booked to the screen will be displayed in the shared link, with a few exceptions. For example, content limited to your internal network won’t be visible om the shared url. Nor is content from integrations that depend on other systems displayed.
